- Strong knowledge as Software Project Lead. Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
- Strong Communication skills, able to deal with ambiguity, handle stakeholders from many different management layers and able to connect from junior developer until the CEO.
- Hands-on mindset.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with teams and stakeholders based worldwide.
- High Level German / Swiss German.
- High Level English.
- Experience in regulated environment industries such as MedTech, Pharma, Automotive or Aerospace.
- Experience selling and managing near and off shoring projects.
