Global Account Manager (m/w/d)

For our client, a successful IT consultancy from Switzerland, we are filling the position Global Account Manager (m/f/d).

Aufgaben

You are strategically responsible for the company's largest customer across multiple European markets. Your goal is to further strengthen and expand the business relationship with the customer. 

Ihr Profil

- +10Years experience as Account Manager for big multinational organizations. Selling software development Engineering services from an engineering company or consulting firm.
- +5Years leadership Position. Strong in team Management. Good abilities in Line Management.
- Strong knowledge as Software Project Lead. Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
- Strong Communication skills, able to deal with ambiguity, handle stakeholders from many different management layers and able to connect from junior developer until the CEO.
- Hands-on mindset.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with teams and stakeholders based worldwide.
- High Level German / Swiss German.
- High Level English.
- Experience in regulated environment industries such as MedTech, Pharma, Automotive or Aerospace.
- Experience selling and managing near and off shoring projects.
